The Process

Consultation
Our initial consultation is typically conducted over the phone, though in-person meetings are available upon request. During this discussion, we will outline the full wedding DJ process and present our various pricing options and service packages.

Making a Decision
Once you’re ready to book with Baxspin Entertainment LLC, we ask for a signed contract and a 50% deposit to officially reserve your date. The other half of the payment will be due on the event date. You will receive a copy of the contract. We accept cash, check, Zelle, PayPal or Venmo.

Planning
Great events don’t just happen — they’re planned. Leading up to your event, we provide planning tools and guidance to help organize key moments such as grand entrances, first dances, formalities, and announcements. We coordinate with other vendors when needed and help fine-tune the event flow to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Our goal during the planning phase is simple: eliminate guesswork, avoid last-minute stress, and make sure you feel confident knowing your music, timeline, and special moments are fully prepared and professionally handled.
